The Bledsoe Show

Decentralized Science

In this episode, Kyle Bergquist and I go into a deep dive on decentralized science for precision wellness, the meaningful insights being generated by people doing studies on themselves, and the exciting platform he’s working on.

Kyle is the force behind reputable.health which is this cool up-and-coming platform for people to share their N-1 data from their own research into what works for them and what might work for others. We’re going to talk about what that means for health science, and how the platform incentivizes people to share their own study data to get back to the truths of health.

And we’re going to discuss how we can make health decisions in this time when there’s so much misinformation out there and medical trials take years to deliver meaningful results.

People just don’t have that time, and they need real-world solutions that they can work towards that. That’s why we’re going to discuss the importance of sharing our study data, and how the failure of the mainstream health & fitness industry has offered us this opportunity to build better systems to achieve better results without a central regulatory body to decide what’s right for us.
